Flosstime is a smart floss dispenser that helps you develop good flossing habits. It’s design helps you build smarter daily flossing habits. You can mount the dispenser on your wall and it dispenses floss for your daily flossing. If you don’t floss regularly, the device will frown at you to remind you to floss. Flosstime is designed to help you manage your flossing habits throughout your busy life.

How do your get your team on the same page ?

It’s important for your team to set both short term and long term goals. Planning where the company is going and what kinds of products you want to produce makes it easy for everyone to achieve their goals.

Cofounders need to know what other cofounders on the team are doing. You need to divide the work based on each team member’s expertise. Make sure your whole team feels as though they are contributing to the product. If someone is having trouble, it’s important to be open with them and be as helpful to them as you can.

You need to also make plans to follow up with problems you’ve had to make sure that everyone feels like they are a necessary part of your company’s machine. It’s important to use each other to keep your team on track.
