Looks is a free iPhone app to help women to manage their wardrobe and to arrange their existing clothes into stylish outfits; when using the app, you can also get suggested items you can add on that could totally transform into your own and unique style.

How to know if you got the right co-founders?

When you have possible candidates in mind, you can pitch them your idea first and see if there is potential for you to work together, also it is a must to align with the same vision. After getting someone to join the team, it is always safer to have a few-month-trial to test your co-founder if the person is worth to invest your time to work with. Take the trial as an opportunity to see people’s reactions when trouble hits. Moreover, it is important to have self-motivated and self-managed people to work with you and share responsibilities for you even under a very unstructured environment as many early-stage startups encounter.
