It’s important to have someone who is open and honest about their opinions. Having openness allows you and your fellow cofounders to have a free flow of emotion. It’s easier to work with people you’ve worked on a project with before. That way you’ve made sure you can get past any differences you may have.

It’s very important that your cofounder is open and honest about their opinions. If they disagree with something, they should tell you right away. When you can talk about problems, you can work on solutions together.
